These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the web platform panoramadiariolatam.com, operated by Panorama Diario LATAM S.A.S. By accessing or using the platform, you accept these Terms in their entirety.

2. Nature of Service
Panorama Diario LATAM operates a digital real estate crowdfunding platform that facilitates the connection between investors and promoters of real estate construction and development projects in Colombia. The platform acts as a technological intermediary and not as a financial advisor, stockbroker, or regulated financial entity.
3. Participation Requirements
To participate as an investor on the platform, you must: • Be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to contract. • Be a tax resident in Colombia or comply with applicable requirements for foreign investors. • Complete the registration and identity verification process in accordance with SARLAFT regulations. • Provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information.
4. Investment Risks
Investment in real estate projects through crowdfunding carries significant risks, including but not limited to: • Risk of partial or total loss of invested capital. • Illiquidity risk: it may not be possible to recover the investment before the established term. • Market risk: fluctuations in property values. • Construction risk: delays or cost overruns in project execution. • Regulatory risk: changes in applicable regulations. Past returns do not guarantee future results. It is strongly recommended to consult with an independent financial advisor.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the platform, including texts, graphics, logos, images, software, and design, is the property of Panorama Diario LATAM S.A.S. or its licensors, and is protected by Colombian intellectual property laws and applicable international treaties.
6. Limitation of Liability
Panorama Diario LATAM S.A.S. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform. Maximum liability shall be limited to the amount of fees actually charged to the user during the twelve (12) months prior to the event.
7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bogotá D.C., Colombia.
8. Modifications
Panorama Diario LATAM S.A.S. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications shall take effect upon their publication on the platform.
